Hand Blown Abstract Swirl Sommerso Art Glass Vase 11" tall Review

I ordered this vase and two others from luxury lane as a christmas gift for my mother. I made the mistake of not opening them before they were wrapped. When my mother opened them christmas morning i was schocked at how different the vases looked compared to the pictures. They are heavy, no mistake about that... but they are plain ugly. The colors for this vase are similar, however, the vase looks manufactured in stead of "blown" and is not anything lke the picture. My mother decided to return them... they arrived on the 5th of January 2010... i didn't receive the refun until 02/01/2010. I called their "customer service" five times and was told that they are only contractors and there is nothing they can do about it. DO NOT ORDER THESE.
