The roses that I order arrived in a timely manner and were very beautiful.The problem was that the order was for Peach roses, not the pink roses that arrived at my home.The color was of great importance and signifigance to the person who recieved them, thus the special order for Peach Roses.I contacted Amazon and they forwarded my complaint to Organic Style and over a month later I am still waiting to hear from either company.So in short, if the color does not matter it is a good product.I will never order again, due to the TERRIBLE customer service.
