Waratah Merino Wool Blankets Review

I ordered this blanket in Lemon, but the actual color was a yellowish beige. The texture was also "furrier" than I expected. Unlike other companies I've bought from on Amazon, this company requires "authorization" before you can make a return. The blanket arrived just before I left town, and I didn't have time to go through this procedure until I got back. When I did call, I was interrogated by the operator as though this transaction was a matter of national security. I was informed that they do not accept returns if the package has been opened, even though this came in a zip-open bag and I had returned it to its original condition. (I don't know how you are supposed to tell if you like a blanket without feeling it.) I then received an email informing me that they do not even consider returns after 30 days (I was 11 days late). I was told they would CONSIDER an exchange, even though I was not interested in any of their other products or doing business with this company.

If you buy from these folks, be SURE you are willing to risk being stuck with something you do not want. This is not the way to do business via the internet and Amazon should reconsider their association.
