I ordered these for my mother for this coming Valentine's Day.They not only arrived one day late (and came when she was not at home, after having stayed home the day before to wait for the delivery), but they looked NOTHING like the picture.Different vase, sparse flowers, no arrangement to them whatsoever.Some of the leaves on the flowers were already dried out.I would NEVER order flowers from ProFlowers again.I'm hoping to get a refund.
