Ten oz is a good size for me, since I'm hanging them below my cabinets - and I don't like a big mug.They might be too small for some.The sides of some of the handles were pretty distressed, but not enough to really bug me.It gives them a pretty country feel.I also looked at the larger embossed ones, but they were too big for me.Also pretty, though.Those aren't distressed.The white on that one is brighter than this linen one.I love them and just ordered a back-up set :)
