Great concept but ridiculous construction. There are two holes on the bottom of this bowl that collect a great deal of water after washing them. There is no way to completely drain the water between meal times. It appears that these bowls were constructed in some type of kiln which necessitated leaving two exposed holes on the bottom. The result is that your floor will have little puddles of water that leak from the bottom of the bowl.
