Ordered this arrangement in early Feb.Flowers arrived in very poor condition and were refused.ProFlowers was to redeliver.Never did.Never credited my account.Very embarrassing as these were a gift.Had to chase them to rectify the situation.Still waiting for credit.I will never use ProFlowers again.
