Royal Albert Old Country Roses 6 Pc. Seafood Fork Set Review

I bought the little forks to use for dessert during a tea party - I have beautiful dessert forks for use with a silver tea set but wanted something to go with a tea set gilded in 24 carat gold.I have not used it yet but bought it with the demitasse spoon set and noticed that the forks, while small enough, are bigger than the spoons.Oh well.I don't mind.I liked how the gold plating didn't look as if it would touch tea/coffee when placed in a teacup, but now that I see it in person, I think it might, so I worry that the plating may come off.Also, the gold is not as bright as I thought it would be - at first, I was dissapointed, but now I have gotten used to the look so feel OK about it b/c they now have a look of understated elegance.Very beautiful!
