I live in Australia and ordered these flowers for my Mother who lives in Southern Indiana.The people ar ProFlowers kept me informed of the procress of my order and when I said that she bowled on Thursday morning they even called her to advise her the order was coming...Later they called her back to state that they had forgotten to enclose the card (greetings) that I had left told her they were sorry and then read the message to her.My Mom was thrilled with the flowers, the way in which they were packed, shipped and the way in which they were presented even with instructions on how to care for them and to make them last longer.
I will order from them again and have passed this information about ProFlowers on to family members and friends..
I usually do not bother to leave ratings less along write a review, but in this case it was really warranted.
